Souvenir Christmas Ornaments

I have just been reading about Christmas tree decorations on the Cup of Jo blog. In particular how some people buy souvenir ornaments every time they go on holiday so that they have a Christmas tree full of holiday memories. I love this idea! I've heard of people who collect souvenir snow globes as well which would also look fun spread all over the mantelpiece at Christmas.

I thought I would collect my daughter post cards from all the places that she goes on holiday. So far she has been to Spain, Switzerland (x 3), Ibiza, New Zealand and Singapore. Not bad for a 22 month old! Decorations could be a better idea though so I'm going to start looking out for those on our next trip.

The handmade decorations with metallic thread detail below are by St. Nicolas and sold at Selfridges. This set of iconic London 'sights' would make a great souvenir and brighten up any Christmas tree.
