The ever reliable Ikea provide some great options for chopping boards. I use these ones regularly at home. They are so easy and you can pop them in the dishwasher which is great. Also at a cost of £2 I think that you could definitely afford to replace chopping boards in your holiday rental a few times a year.

I also use an Ikea wooden board for our bread board and I think this board would look nice as a serving platter.
