Holiday Rental Essentials - Plungers

OK, plungers weren't originally on our radar as something that would be a holiday rental essential - but after reading this post on A Cup of Jo the other day we have decided to add them.

We have previously written about the need to have a few basic cleaning supplies - a broom and a toilet brush etc - stuff that guests can use during their stay to help keep your rental clean and tidy.

A plunger for sinks and a separate plunger for toilets could help prevent the need for an emergency plumber to be called. OXO and simplehuman (pictured above) both make discreet toilet plungers that are concealed in a canister - we like these ones as they are stylish enough to be kept in the bathroom, rather than hidden away in a cupboard.
