AD has mentioned in this previous post about coffee makers being a holiday rental essential. I think the only other kitchen appliances that are essential are a kettle and a toaster.
Dualit are pricey so I don't think I would put those in a holiday rental although I've had my toaster now for 6 years and it's still going strong!
There are many reasonable options available from reliable brands. After a quick scan on Amazon I'd go with the Breville set with both retailing around £20
