We arrived in Singapore last night. I love the blast of heat that hits you when you step out of a plane or airport and into a tropical country.
Another thing I love about warm countries is the selection of tropical fruit.
Today we picked up some fresh watermelon and pineapple juices from the local hawker centre then brought them back to my friend's house and mixed them with vodka and ice to drink down by the pool.
I definitely have moments when I wonder why I am living in London and not somewhere permanently hot, with all those fresh fruits available daily...
