When I was back in New Zealand I tried the Coaqua brand while I was at Best Ugly Bagels. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful, simple glass bottle and was delighted to discover this sweeter tasting coconut water.
I find that coconut water is delicious and re hydrating when you have over-indulged in alcohol the night before. But, I have also found that it works well as an ingredient in lots of cocktails. At Bob's Bar at the Capella Hotel on Sentosa Island in Singapore I tried a mojito made with coconut water, served in a coconut. I am going to experiment with a few coconut water cocktail recipes of my own this summer.
