Accommodation costs seem to creep up every time I look for places although that might be due to the fact that we definitely need a family room now instead of a double! There are so many sites these days where you can book rentals which generally seem to be a more cost effective option but this is the first time that we have used airbnb. The cost of staying in the apartment that we have chosen is nearly the same as an average hotel but having a whole apartment with a living space is so much better. For one, it saves me from having to use my head torch as soon as it's lights out for the kids!
I'll be sure to post some photos of our trip when we're back and will report on our airbnb experience. I'm really looking forward to visiting Luini, specializing in "panzerotto" which is basically a mini calzone stuffed with tomato and mozzarella and then deep fried. Yum.
